ABOUT

The Yakima Mile is a one-mile, point-to-point road race, opening a gradual downhill course along Yakima Ave and finishing in the shadows of the historic Art Deco Larson Building. The mile is a distance accessible for many ability levels at any age. The 2024 total prize purse exceeds $50,000 – this summer we look forward to celebrating the 5th Annual Yakima Mile!
Together, we strive to foster a welcoming and exciting community event; highlighting and celebrating the Yakima Valley. All proceeds go to the race's beneficiary - YWCA Yakima - who provide invaluable services to survivors of domestic violence.
